Minutes of Meeting
August 19, 2014

Members Present:  D Michael Paveglio, Jeffrey Jordan, and Jamie A Pike, Administrative Assistant.

Others Present: Allen Mayville, Philip Hitchcock, Donna Chagnon, Lucille Noel, Ann Davis.

Mr. Paveglio called the meeting to order at 6:30pm.

There were no appointments scheduled for the meeting.

Sale of 1977 Dodge Pickup Truck
There were 3 bids received for the Truck:
        RKC Equipment   $810.00
        Brian Searles   $601.00
        Paul Sanborn    $555.56
A motion was made by Mr. Paveglio and seconded by Mr. Jordan to sell the truck to RKC Equipment for the amount of $810.00.  Motion passes.

Other Business –

Allen Mayville – Mr. Mayville  brought forward a complaint regarding the use of his land at the SE corner of Lane and Horse Corner roads by the road construction crews.  There has been heavy equipment and vehicles parked on the property.  This has caused damage to the area.  Mr. Paveglio directed that the Road Agent is to make sure the area is to be loamed, leveled and reseeded.  Further this is to be no parking of any vehicles on the property with the exception of the construction sign without express written permission from the Mayville family.

Lucille Noel  - Ms. Noel reported that donations for the Plan NH program have reached $3,000.  The Commission is now accepting checks for pledges, all should be mailed to the Town Hall at 54 Main Street.

Ann Davis – Ms. Davis reported that the Ag Commission will be meeting on Wednesday, August 20th.

Philip Hitchcock – Mr. Hitchcock reported that there was a nice turn out for Old Home Day, approx. 275 ppl were present for the Bean Hole Beans.  There were no notable incidents. Tim Baker vacuumed the park to remove the fireworks debris.  

Mr. Jordan reported that he had received a call from the owner of 190 Horse Corner Road.  After the construction of the road there is a 10 inch drop into driveway.  The Road Agent is instructed to contact the homeowner and develop a solution to the driveway entrance.

Philip Hitchcock – Mr. Hitchcock reported that the RAC is now meeting every two weeks beginning Aug 25th.  

Non Public Session #1
A motion was made by Mr. Paveglio and seconded by Mr. Jordan to enter into a non-public session pursuant to RSA 91-A:3, II(e) to discuss pending litigation. Roll Call Paveglio Yea, Jordan Yea  Motion passes.

Others Present:  Ms. Pinard was present by teleconference.

A motion was made by Mr. Paveglio and seconded by Mr. Jordan to exit the non-public session.  Roll Call Paveglio Yea, Jordan Yea  Motion passes.

Non Public Session #2
A motion was made by Mr. Paveglio and seconded by Mr. Jordan to enter into a non-public session pursuant to RSA 91-A:3, II(c) to discuss a confidential matter.  Roll Call Paveglio Yea, Jordan Yea  Motion passes.

Others Present – Evelyn Pike; Chairman DeBold and Ms. Pinard were present by teleconference.

A motion was made by Mr. Paveglio and seconded by Mr. Jordan to exit the non-public session.  Roll Call Paveglio Yea, Jordan Yea  Motion passes.

Being no further business, a motion was made by Mr. Paveglio and seconded by Mr. Jordan to adjourn the meeting at 7:01pm  Motion passes.
